Doug had to move to Uruguay for some trim. No American woman would want to be with him.

Putin did not start this war, and he IS one of the smartest leaders out there. He rebuilt Russia, and is not looking to take over the world. The neocons have hated Russia forever, and they do not understand history. Broke countries always try to distract from their failures by creating a war. Zelensky has been the aggressor all along, and planted arms near the Russian border to start trouble. The Minsk agreement lays it all out, and while Putin can be a thug, he cares about his country. Zelensky does not!

Trump will do fine. He has a big mouth, but has never been more popular in the Midwest states, and with his base. He is a business man, and does not need the Rhinos, or other politicians to criticize and whine. I wish more of your readers would study history, and stop being naive!

It is difficult to know where to begin in the face of such gaping ignorance. This has nothing to do with "neocons" or any other facet of American politics. This is a case of Putin trying to put the Soviet Union (aka Russian Empire) back together. He might not seek world domination, but most certainly he would take Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania next if he sees that the West abandons the Ukraine.

A very simple measure of who is the aggressor in a conflict can be the answer to the simple question: Who is in whose territory? Who actually invaded and continually kills civilians and refuses to leave? Ronald Reagan was correct when he labeled the Soviet Union an evil empire. Pity that many MAGA folks have forgotten this. Putin is the continuation of this evil and I wish President Zelensky, who is a true hero, and his people all the best at vanquishing Russia. The West needs to put Russia in its place just as we did Germany and Japan 80 years ago!

Putin is "the most thoughtful, reasonable" of all of Europe's leaders, and Zelensky is a "pitiful bedbug"? Mr. Casey, you might wish to bone up a bit on European and world history. Zelensky is a hero leader doggedly leading his people against Russian aggression. Putin's closest analog in Russian history is Joseph Stalin. I am waiting to hear you heap praise on Stalin and Chairman Mao who were both worse than Hitler and collectively are responsible for the deaths of more than 100,000,000 people. Not even Hitler can brag those numbers.

Remember that it was Stalin who deliberately starved 2,000,000 Ukrainians to death because they weren't cooperative enough in submitting themselves to collectivized farming. Now Putin is aggressively invading the Ukraine.

Your worship of thug leaders is detestable and any respect I had for you in the past has completely evaporated.

You damn elitist are all the same, you’re sure you’ve got it all figured out. I disagree with almost every premise you two discussed. You’re both annoying.

Firing line with William F Buckley Jr was a favorite of mine, always intellectually stimulating. I also enjoyed Wall Street Week with Louis Rukeyser back in the day. Oddly both aired on PBS, a channel I could receive in my backwater of Canada at the time which i thought offered some pretty decent programming back then. 😃

Putins prime target is Z the bedbug ... and since he is no longer is a valid leader taking him out with a surgical strike will not martyr him all that much and the people of the country would be able to breath again.
