Federal funds bailing out (and/or) paying Medicare, oil companies, banking ( 2008 - 2011 bailouts), and every state has fraud. Covid payment frauds were in every state. Claiming bankruptcy to obtain a better deal, is that fraud ( costing taxpayers billions in costs that taxpayers pay).
