Recipients have been caught using to funding supposed to provide help for the disabled to buy crypto, drugs, overseas holidays, prostitutes and much more. A welfare state always seem to attract parasites .

Stop the cherry picking. Mississippi had a huge fraud. Texas and Florida had large fraud of federal funds. Federal funds bailing out (and/or) paying Medicare, oil companies, banking ( 2008 - 2011 bailouts), and every state has fraud. Covid payment frauds were in every state. Red, blue, purple state doesn’t matter. Stop racist issues. Many white people have committed fraud. Claiming bankruptcy to obtain a better deal, is that fraud ( costing taxpayers billions in costs that taxpayers pay).
