Rare earth panic in Europe is real — but it’s reactive.
Sweden’s deposits might be big, but Argentina’s are active — and moving.
With Milei deregulating, U.S. and Canadian capital circling, and Uruguay offering a financial trust zone, the Southern Hemisphere is quietly building what the West is still debating.
The real leverage isn’t in extraction.
It’s in building the system after it comes out of the ground.
MP Materials on a tear yesterday. I took my first Casey free ride at 98% gain. Thanks Lau.
For the remaining free ride shares owned, what would the strategy be? Just hold until one becomes bearish on the stock, then sell all the remaining shares?
Congrats, Shernon. Perfect timing on taking the CFR.
As for the rest, yep—just hold as long as the story looks good. I don’t see that changing anytime soon. It’s house money now, so let it ride. There might be some bumps along the way, but at this point, you’ve got upside without the downside.
Sweden recently found an enormous rare earth deposit that can supply EU for the next 50 years. It’s called ”Per Geijer” and the state owned company LKAB owns it.
Yes, Per Geijer is hugely promising—but it won’t be solving Europe’s rare earth problem anytime soon. From what I’ve seen, it’s still at least a decade out. Let’s hope it fares better than Norra Kärr.
Love this for its environmentally harmonious illumination! Hilarious.

Great thanks Lau, I will keep monitoring the company and keep an eye out for portfolio updates within Crisis Investing.
I also could sell my initial investment and now hold 60% still. What a great recommendation recently.
Awesome mate :)
Congrats, Marcel. Glad the recommendation paid off for you.
Looks like REMX broke out today….
