As you demonstrate, we're on the edge of a Suez moment, and yet it seems virtually impossible that our strategic planners would not have alerted folks close enough to the president to get his attention, warning the administration of too likely long term calmainous consequences of this war in this manner. Surely Scott Besant knows better and yet he seems to committed to escalating the kinetic and economic war agaianst Iran, willing for the US and strategic partners to suffer, even violently, because he believes in this manner we will secure long term stability. I heard a presentation the other day claiming no "reserve currency" has held that status for more than 90 years.
