There has been "chem trails" since the 1970's when I was first told it by a whistleblower, who knew about it first hand (FBI). It is not a conspiracy theory. They are able to target whatever they want, and it will be used in the future to do everything from control food to control population activity. There is a man by the name of Dane Wittington who speaks about this on many talk sites and interview shows. The left is not hiding anything anymore. It is out there, and is done over the rural area that I live in (red state) many times a month.
