Lau, great article! Your discussion of allocated vs unallocated gold makes me think that the need for banks to move to allocated creates a massive demand for gold backed crypto assets - easy to move and hold while getting the benefit of an allocated status. What do you think?

There is a big difference, but better yet you've helped me to understand what gold's status is now under the most recent Accord which is reassuring.
