we do have it in uruguay. I get the dystopian fears. But, there are a lot of practical benefits. You put an ear tag on them anyway. It’s no harder to put one that can be read with rfid.
I believe their point was..... It is a way of "Taxing" the cows, as well as the farmer as a extra level of control, and carbon credits. It would allow spot checks, and fines for non compliance?????
